On July 21th, a girl was born in a small village called Syðrugøta in the remote archipelogue situated between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, approximately halfway between the United Kingdom and Iceland - the Faroe Islands. Twenty eight years after, usually addressed by her first name Eivør she's come to be one of the more brilliant stars in the Northern Sky. With an exquisite voice, charisma and a huge talent, Eivør enchants her audiences with her voice and songs and so she's done to us - indeed - we're all spellbound.
